How do I get started?

The first step is to complete the new user registration form at the PatientBuilder home page, under “Join”. After you have completed your registration, and supplied your logo, your online account and passwords will be assigned and you will learn how to navigate the site and how to prepare and order your materials. For additional assistance, contact or call 417-447-5050 8am-5pm Central time.

How long will the set up process take?

Once we have collected all of the needed information, we will have you set up within 2 business days.

Do you provide training?

Yes, during the setup process, a representative from PatientBuilder.com will coordinate and schedule an online training time and date. The training will be held via teleconference and the PatientBuilder.com site.

Why is my username and/or password not working?

Passwords are case sensitive, so make sure you're using capital letters where appropriate (make sure the “Caps Lock” key is off). Also, make sure you access the site using the entire address www.patientbuilder.com. If you are still unable to log in, contact technical support at 417-447-5050 to confirm your username and password or to create a new one.

How do I download files?

Once an order has been submitted, you are able to download press-ready pdfs for materials that do not require printing or fulfillment by PatientBuilder. Once logged on, go to “Order Status” where you can click on the download icon for a zip file with the pdfs.

How do I change my email address?

Once logged on, go to “Manage My Profile”. Next, click on “Update Email Address.” From this page you can update the email address to which order confirmations are sent.

How do I change my password?

Once logged on, go to “Manage My Profile”. Next, click on “Change Your Password”. From this page you can update your password. PatientBuilder records will not reflect your password changes. If you change your password from the assigned password, there may be some delay in processing customer support or technical support requests.

When is my order ready?

Many PatientBuilder items can be downloaded as soon as the order is submitted go to “Order Status” and click on the “Download” icon that accompanies that order number. If the order is marked “Partially Filled” or “Unfulfilled”, then PatientBuilder will handle fulfillment, including providing purchased mail list, printing, addressing, postage and recording requests. your order will be completed within 10 business days and you will receive a confirmation email. If you need mp3 files to accompany audio scripts you ordered, contact and we will email those to you.
