How long will the set up process take?
Once we have collected all of the needed information, we will have you set up within 48 hours.
Yes, during the set-up process, a representative from PatientBuilder.com will coordinate and schedule a training time and date. The training will be held via teleconference and the PatientBuilder.com site.
Why is my username and/or password not working?
Passwords are case sensitive, so make sure you're using capital letters where appropriate (make sure the "Caps Lock" key is off). If you are still unable to log in, contact the support desk (link to PB contact) to confirm your username and password or to create a new one.
How do I find my downloaded file?
If you are working on a PC, the file is probably located either on the desktop or in the "My Documents" folder. The Macintosh default saves files to the desktop, but if you have changed the default save location, the file could be anywhere on the computer. To find your file, click the download button again and look at the filepath that appears in the dialogue window.
I get Java errors when I try to create a layout?
Most likely, you're using an outdated web browser or an AOL browser (not recommended). To download the latest browser version, click either Internet Explorer (link to Explorer download) or Netscape Communicator (link to Netscape), and follow the instructions provided.
